Orders and Shipping
- How will I know when you received my order?
- You'll receive an email confirming that your order has been received. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check to see if the email address on your order was entered correctly.
- When will my order be shipped?
- Pending credit approval, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) for in-stock merchandise. For merchandise out-of-stock and custom orders, we will notify you via email or phone with an expected shipping date.
- When will I receive my order?
- This will depend on the shipping method. We ship via USPS Registered Mail, which has a delivery time of 1 - 3 days. Second Day air and Overnight are shipped via Fedex Express. Remember to add 1 - 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to your expected delivery for in-house processing. If you have a shipping carrier preference, please email or call us and we'll do our best.
- Where can my order be shipped?
- Anywhere in the United States with a physical street address that is on file with your credit card company. Your shipping address must be verifiable. For security reasons, some shipments may require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
- What are your shipping rates?

2nd Day $29
Overnight $45
Charges include shipping, handling and insurance.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Visa or MasterCard. Personal and certified checks are accepted but must wait for fund clearance prior to shipping. At this time we cannot accept cash, COD, or other credit cards for online purchases.
- Will I be charged tax?
- Can I order an item in a different color or different length?
- We often have other sizes and colors in stock, or can place a customize order to accommodate your request. Just contact us with your specific question (please include product number and name), and we will be sure to respond within 24 hours. Please be advised that Custom Orders sometimes take 6-8 weeks to be fulfilled, and are not returnable.
- Can you gift wrap my order and enclose a gift card?
- Yes, please let us know if it's a gift order.
Returns and Exchanges
- Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?

If for any reason you decide not to keep the jewelry you have ordered, you may return it within 10 days of receipt of purchase for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
You may exchange the jewelry you have ordered within 15 days of receipt of purchase. There will be no restocking fee.
Please call us at (213) 995 - 9595 for a Return Material Authorization Number and special instructions before returning.
Please note that we cannot accept returns without an RMA number.
***Special finger size, or Custom Order can Not be returned.
Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged in new condition.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner the original purchase was made. Shipping and handling is not refundable. A restocking fee of 15% of the full retail value of the item will be applied to each return.
Our Refund Policy is to allow the customer to take advantage of any and all promotions that were under effect at the time of purchase. As different promotions are available depending on the number of items purchased here are examples of our refund structure.
If only one item is bought at 40% off
Refund is for full amount that was paid, minus restocking fee.
If two items are bought under our "Buy One, Get One Free"
If the lower value item is returned 40% of the price paid for the more expensive item minus the 15% restocking fee on the lower item will be refunded
If the higher value item is returned, we will keep 60% of the value of the less expensive item minus the 15% restocking fee for the more expensive item, and refund the rest.
If three items are purchased. Full price will be paid on the most expensive item. 50% will be paid on the second most expensive item. The least expensive item will be the free item.
If one item is returned we will recalculate your price to reflect the discount on two items, minus the restocking fee for the third item, and credit the difference. If two items are returned we will recalculate the price to reflect the 40% discount on one item, minus the restocking fee on the two returned items
